Aaron N, Appears to be identical to the Lefaucheux gun exhibited at the Great Exhibition held in the Crystal Palace, London in 1851. Avery rare and exceptional find.

Fantastic gun and photos. It is fascinating to think these guns were used in France for many years before the British gun industry started down that path. A very clever design, beautifully rendered.
