What you're missing is... I could care less bout Trump. I care more bout the policies and conservative practices, than who the name is. Dems get their panties in a wad, because of how he acts and what he says. Me... I don't care, that's not important to me. Also if the man was truly racist, why does he hire black/brown people?

for me, racist and racism is viewing others positively or negatively, based upon my prejudices as to their racial appearance...and having nothing to do with cultural prejudices, which is a whole different thing, as is racial profiling due to cultural stereotyping...

I actually care about the President. I get no tingle up my leg, but clearly there would be no voice otherwise. I would also strongly question what types of justices a Romney or Bush would nominate to the various courts as well as their spineless show of support via political paths of least resistance.

My 18 yr. old grandson, who has been pictured on dove fields with me many times here, went and registered to vote on his own, without being told to. He also has decided he is a Trump supporter and will go to the polls for the first time to cast his vote. It's encouraging to see young people getting engaged and making good decisions for themselves.
All young people aren't fools.

The election is much more than Trump or Biden. I don't agree with everything the President says or how he acts. However, he gets my vote because I agree with nothing the left says or how they act.
I believe in individual liberty and freedom. The left seems to be constantly attacking and suppressing those freedoms. A good example is the current cancel culture and dwindling First Amendment.
Another is the Second Amendment. Make no mistake, the left wants NO firearm ownership. I don't own an AR-15 type rifle. I have no interest or need for one. But I defend the right to own one, because if I don't who will stick up for our double guns or even muzzleloaders (yes, they want those too).
I believe in law and order. The left clearly does not.
I believe in a secure border and lawful, merit based immigration. The left wants open borders with a come one, come all mentality.
I prefer a Supreme Court with judges who believe in the Constitution and make decisions based on the law as written, not as they wish it to be. The left wants activists on the bench.
During my careers I have traveled the world. I have seen what the Soviet Union did to Eastern Europe. Mainly the former East Germany, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. I have been all over Central and South America. I have seen what socialism does to a population and what could be thriving countries.
The left has taken over what was once a center-left party and radicalized it. Their platform simply won't work. It never has, and never will.
My vote will go to our President, with the hope that some sort of civility and order can be restored to our cities before it spins out of control. The left will only continue to encourage mayhem and fan the flames of anarchy, division, and class warfare.
