Starting to shoot a new rifle in 32-40, and behold I have neither bullets or mold..Drat...

You might try Buffalo Arms for bullets and/or mold blocks.

I have checked with all of the usual sources to know avail. Have found a few selling bullets, but too low in weight for my needs.

I have some I don't need in lead. I'll get you details tomorrow. Mine should be 160 gr. cast. I'll weigh tomorrow to confirm.

I have a 324 1.00 J A CLERKE mold that is a work of art by a well known Raton NM gunsmith, it was designed for 32-40. I'm not sure of the weight, but it's gonna be close to your specs. I also have a 321232 Ideal that casts a 170 grain flat base bullet, and a 319289 Lyman that casts a 185 flat base. All could be for sale, PM me if interested.
