I just heard from an unimpeachable source that Angelo Bee has hung up his graver.
I had the privilege of working with him on a 28 gauge Superlight project.

Is that a 'new' retirement or a continuation of his retirement announced about a year+ ago.
The guy deserves it for sure but I wonder if he can really just step away from it if he still enjoys it and can still do the work.

I'd bet that vise doesn't vibrate much.

Beautiful engraving, wow. What would a similar engraving job cost in today's world?

Hey Joe, It's been a long time.
Don't ever change. Love your new hat.

Bob, why are you wearing jOe's hat again?

BTW, if the dogs and game scenes that are engraved on Lefever guns looked like that, I wouldn't want to own any. And why is that row of little circles just above the game scene and scroll so uneven? Was that intentional?

I would hesitate to call that an upgrade.

A true sign of mental illness is any gun owner who would vote for an Anti-Gunner like Joe Biden.

Are you guys picking on jOe again? I like that Pointer engraving but why do they chop the feet off the dog? If that’s a setter on the right side, what’s it doing retrieving a duck? A grouse or quail would have been more appropriate for a ‘Pointer’ graded shotgun imho. Nice gun though Bob. Pretty.

No dogs were hurt during the engraving. It’s a water retrieve!
The dog is standing in the shallows.
