Since things are quite Dead herein, Wolfgang & I have had an offline interesting discussion on the number of Fünflings out there???

[Linked Image from thumbs2.imgbox.com]

Ferlach Fünfling from the 1970s coming in @ 10 kilos, chambered in a triple of 10.2mm and one 0.577" for some fella in the U.S. of A. that had one hell of a Porter or Gun Bearer. Parts were machined at the Ferlach Consortium and then Gottfired Juch cobbled it all together, stocked it and sent it thru the Ferlach Proof facility.

Then there is another one on Reddit:

Might any of our Merry Band be the custodian of one?

The way I read the article about the Juch, it has three 10 ga barrels and two rifle barrels, chambered for some unspecified .577 caliber cartridge. The front trigger works as a single trigger, for the three shot barrels and the rear trigger works as a single trigger for the two rifle barrels. The gun passed proof without a problem, The parts inside were made by hand to fit into the available space and to function properly. The owner stated his intent to hunt Geese and Ducks, but the more likely purpose is for a collection and sample of gun making that is not likely to have been seen by anyone else. At 22 pounds, t is not likely to be very useful for hunting, however.
