John: I stop by every week or so when I get a chance... still very much in the learning mode. Enjoying the Meriden thread as I have one.
I would have posted earlier but was off hunting. The new (to me) GR2 12 worked very well on pointed roosters.

Hello John,
Been traveling, but back in New York now. Have added fancy walnut stock and fore end to the beautiful Winchester Model 25 you were so generous to donate to the Katrina raffle. It is truly a delight to to handle. We seem to have a banner grouse year here in New York and Pennsylvania. Can't wait to get out later this week.
