That is indeed a deal but I still prefer to load my own for $7 per box at the same pressure level. I know not everyone is set up to load but it sure saves you money and allows you to shoot more (at least economically).

Thanks for the link, I just ordered a flat.

Interesting that the box shown in the picture when you click on the link says 12/70.

Thanks Mike for the tip. I ordered 4 flats for the max discount and will report my impressions. The gamebore, although 2.5”, are too hot for vintage guns in my opinion. They rattled my teeth in a 7 lb side lever hammer gun at the Southern.

Compared to RST and similar low pressure loads meant for vintage guns, the $17/box including shipping is a deal.

I hope to get my reloading area cleaned up soon so I can start reloading my own 2 1/2 shells, but the case I ordered will let me shoot a couple of shotguns that would otherwise remain in their cases.

I spoke with the folks from Gamebore at the World Sporting Clays Championship at M&M last week. They mentioned they have 2.5" EVO target loads available at Clay Shooters Supply. The EVO load is an actual target load, unlike the 2.5" Gamebore Regals which are a game load. The EVOs should shoot much softer at 1220 FPS and 7/8th oz. ... And they're cheaper.

Finally got out to the range to shoot the Armusa 2.5” 7.5 referenced above. My impression…buy as many as you can afford. Amazing shells, deadly out to 45 yards, destroyed clays when I did my part. As compared to RST 1oz 7.5, felt recoil was just very slightly more. Pressure apparently is comparable. As compared to the game bore, much easier on my vintage action. Cut one open and found hard, consistent shot. Amazing value vs. RST and as an added bonus my barrel was very easy to clean with almost no residue. I would wholeheartedly recommend these shells.
