The beautiful 12ga Holland Royal ejector pigeon gun was delivered on May the 1st of 1896 with two 30" sets of barrels, one field set and one Pigeon set both being 30" long and full chokes in all the barrels. One 30" set has 3" chambers, it is nitro proofed for 1&1/4" OZ, and choked .042" in both tubes, the pigeon set of barrels are black powder proofed, 30" and have 2&3/4" chambers, choked .035" both sides. The guns has an additional set of 28" field barrels which are nitro proofed for 1&1/8" OZ, 2&3/4" chambers and choked .002" and .008". All three barrel sets remain tight on the gun, are in proof and read "Holland & Holland 98 New Bond St london" on the raised ribs. Beautifully engraved action. The buttstock appears to have been nicely replaced as well as converted to a semi-pistol grip. Stock measures 14&3/4" x1&5/8"x2&5/8" over a thin pad. 22,500
