I have never encountered a shotgun barrel by Niedner. The stamp and the number 193 are consistent with each other and I don’t have a 193 in my data base. I’ve seen very few Savage 99’s out of the Niedner shop.

Mark is Whelen’s 99 Take-down, now soldered in place, a Niedner barrel? If so what is the barrel number?

I know that Niedner made a 38-55 shotgun barrel for a Maynard but that’s the end of my knowledge on Niedner and shotguns.
