I just returned from my table at a local gun show. I had four doubles out, hunting rifles, colt revolvers and kimbers. My daughter's medical bills force sale of some of my guns. I sold my m1 garand and that was it. I got looks and stories from older gents on the doubles, but I guess there is no market for them here in NE Texas. I suspect we doublegun enthusiasts buy from and sell to a very small, discriminating niche of the market. No one appreciates the art, beauty, and hand workmanship in these old guns it seem like. Emphatically yes the gun market is down. My 2cents.
