If the barrels are indeed Damascus and since I am not exactly sure of where you reside or how the smiths in your part of the world operate. You need to find one that can take accurate barrel wall thickness measurements and bore measurements. DAMASCUS is a whole different animal and you want some numbers to make sure it is safe to shoot
BEFORE YOU SHOOT IT even with RST low pressure loads which may or may not be avaiable in your neck of the woods?.
