I'm starting to load for 10 gauge 2-7/8" and just bought a MEC Sizemaster. It comes set up for 3-1/2" 10 gauge. In looking at the press I see another hole lower on the column and, in fact it's about 5/8" lower. Am I correct in assuming I can use the lower hole to set up the press for continuous loading of 2-7/8" shells? Maybe I missed it but I can't find any mention in the instruction pamphlet.

I would call MEC but they're closed for the weekend and I'm hoping to use the press later today. Any help from gents who own a 10 gauge Sizemaster and use it for 2-7/8" shells would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Silvers
