This scenario really stinks. I've been ripped off too on an Internet deal. There are dishonest folks out there and if the incident occurs across state lines it is likely cost prohibitive to pursue with a lawyer, unless it involves a whole bunch of money ......or at least it was for me. You have to be really careful out there and it is worth it to me paying a premium to a well respected dealer just for the piece of mind of knowing I'm likely not going to get ripped off.
