OP Northern Illinois shotgunner Boxlock Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 28 Illinois	I have two bismuth projects going... The first is for my for my blackpowder cartridge 10 ga, I am using 4.5 to 5 drams of powder and 1 1/8th oz of #4 bismuth. It patterns very well with the five dram load. The second would be for a modern smokeless 12 ga 3" load. I'd like to use a 1 1/4 oz load. Should I go for a 1460 fps load or something like 1280 to 1330 fps? What is your experience?
