This is the short message I sent to my elected representatives last week:

Dear _____, I am writing to let you know that I AM NOT in favor of any additional laws, controls, and regulations that will affect law abiding gun owners including the Universal Background Checks that President Obama is advancing. I ask that you do everything you can to thwart or reverse any such measures he unilaterally implements. We do not need a President who does unconstitutional end runs around Congress and the Constitution. We do not need any more laws restricting the rights of law abiding gun owners that would have done nothing to prevent recent gun violence or terrorist acts. Thank you.

Obama is telling them, and the nation, that even gun owners want these new restrictions on our Rights. It is up to you to make sure they know how you really feel.

A true sign of mental illness is any gun owner who would vote for an Anti-Gunner like Joe Biden.
