Must be the same fellow that worked on mine. It somehow got caught in the garage door and the outcome was ugly. I called and spoke with Dean (I think) and he said to send it in along with I think $25 (which included shipping) and he would repair it. Repair it he did and it works fine now. I have the model with two different heads so it will do both 12/16 and 20/28 gauge. Its saved me a crap load of money through the years. I was ready to plunk money on a Fox 20 gauge not long ago and the Skeets revealed the right barrel had been honed extensively. That would have been an expensive mistake.
