16 gauge Webley Scott 700 mfg 1967 has 2 & 3/4 in chambers. MBW thickness right 0.030; left 0.031 with .007 choke in right and .026 in left. Question is would it be feasible to open to .003 in right (remove.004) and open to .021 (remove .005 in left)?
If so recommendations for gunsmiths that specialize in this service.
