well, kavanaugh has been a life time appointed federal judge for 12 years now. prior to that he spent several years as an advisor and confidant of president bush 2...during that period, there have been no complaints of misconduct of any kind...on the contrary, dozens of his fellow gubmint employees have come forward and given testimony as to what an honorable stand up guy he really is....

so, please tell me why the gubmint is spending so much time, trying to find out what happened 35-40 years ago...it is irrelevant to kavanaugh's suitability to serve as a federal judge on any federal court.
