My personal opening day for geese December 1. Usually some snow on the ground. Today was about 30F and slight snow with a nice wind. My fair weather friends thought it was too cold and stayed in so I slogged it out alone. My waterfowl hunting is a comradory affair but sometimes not a bad thing to do solo.
