It's not fair to blame low income home buyers for the crash. Most of them probably thought they'd never be able to buy a house. Along come easy leans; the banker says of course you can get a loan. It's hard to pass that offer up. It's the lenders that drew these people in. They didn't care if the buyers were qualified or if the loans were repaid because they sold the mortgages off to another set of naive clients. Trump will let this happen again if he gets his way. He is no fiscal conservative. He's been an unqualified borrower several times and left others holding the bag.
