I was there in November and simply typed gun and hunting into the maps feature on my iPhone, discovered half a dozen small gunshops a few of which had some really nice SxS guns. Lots of accessories and clothing as well. All of them had locked doors and you had to ring a bell but everyone inside was very nice.
Quite a few more shops that sell hunting clothes, off the rack and bespoke. I picked up a nice pair of stag horn cufflinks in one of them and had a wonderful conversation with the owner. He uses a Weimeranar to hunt everything from pheasant to boar.

I found several to visit when I was there, but that was mid-90's. Glad to hear they're not all gone. Look for armurier (gunsmith) or armurerie (gun shop). "Armurerie" is a real tongue twister in French. Too many r's in close proximity.
