OP SKB Sidelock Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,995 Likes: 402 Colorado	I bought it as a .256 Gibbs magnum, which is a 6.5x57 with 2mm cut off the neck. Some rifles shoot the 6.5x57 fine due to generous neck/throat dimensions on vintage British rifles.
