Thanks to all for the suggestions. In answer to some of the questions:
" The rifle shoots to poa with the sight in the center of the rib" By this I meant the rear site in the center of the rib. When sighting straight down the rib the rifle shoots to
poa.
The muzzle is square.
The chambers are 70mm. I measure 2 and25/32 in. to the start of the forcing cone.
I will try to get some other ammo and see if the problem persists. I may try rst 2.5 in. shells ( they don't list 2 3/4 in 16 Ga.)
If the problem persists I will call Dean Harris and possibly drive up to Tahlequah to get his opinion.
