3. Mansion of weapon-designer Ferdinand Ritter von Mannlicher in Mannlicher-Gasse/
Hinterbruehl/"Bacon-belt"south to Vienna has been on the market and finally sold.
Who has today such deep pockets?
Best guess:
Either a Russian bizman or a Profi-football-player or a Profi-skier.
How come last one?
In Austria's-West monochromatic economy, where every mole-hill has a ski-lift, testimonials
are needed.
These are provided by the down-hill Charlies, who get proper remuneration for their
risky jobs.

D.Austriana- continued and slightly off-topic
Beatification/Entry-into-Hall-of-winemakers-fame for E. Triebaumer
in the small town of Rust at Neusiedler See.
Since long overdue, he got 100 Parker points for his 2014
Ruster Ausbruch, a TBA alike sweet wine.
(The second 100 Parker in this country).
A gentleman in his habit, in all his doing the antithesis to the
uncanny PR knack of the cowboys of this winetrade.
But there is nothing new under the sun.
What today are 100 Parker points has been in previous
centuries the imperial household.
This town of Rust got its township-right already in 1681.
As there is no free lunch with the imperials/royals in this world, Rust
beside a huge lumpsum of gold coins was obliged to deliver 30000 Liter of
Ruster Ausbruch to the imperial household.
..
Prost
