Yep, I'd leave that one be! I have about a dozen species that I am confident in eating, still kicking!. They solve my curiosity as far as mushrooms go. Two are Boletes. Never wanted or needed to dig any deeper. I have picked up Chanterelles early in the grouse season, especially if it has remained warm. If you're lucky and find a few they stand alone as a side better than used in the main in my estimate.
