Unless it was returned in the same packing that you mailed it the 'smith, I believe the gun should be "bought" at the pre-damage appraisal by the person who packed it and let them worry about selling it. James, how can we forget your receipt of a damaged gun mailed loose in a box swithout packing material mailded from Europe to Canada.
