Berdan primers can be removed by filling the case with water and using a piston, very close to the size of the case mouth, and a hammer to hydraulically force them out. I have seen it done but never was able to do it myself. I think the primers I had were crimped in for machine guns.

I don't know how boxer primers compare in size (.217?) but boxer primers with the anvils removed can be used as Berdan. Haven't done it wouldn't recommend it. It seems impractical unless you really need to do it.
