I wanted a Model 21 but very recently purchased a Model 23 Heavy Duck for waterfowling and target. Nope, it's not a Model 21 but with the modern steel barrels it will shoot steel shot and hopefully hold up for many, many thousands of target and heavy hunting rounds. Someday I'll buy a Model 21...
